Steve Evans appointed commercial director at Amberstone Technology
Amberstone Technology, the leading provider of dynamic and innovative security and loss prevention technology, has announced a new high profile appointment to its senior management team in the form of Steve Evans. A well-known and respected industry figure, Evans will act as Amberstone Technology’s Commercial Director, with a view to developing the company’s position as one of the foremost suppliers of intelligent protection and analytic solutions in the UK and Europe.
Evans has been in the security industry for over 30 years and joins Amberstone Technology from Kings Security, where he spent 14 years as Head of National Accounts and most recent years as its Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that he was Head of National Accounts with Protection One Security Solutions and he therefore brings extensive knowledge of integrated security solutions to this new role.

In his role Evans will focus on the development of new opportunities in line with the company’s strategic growth plan, which includes expansion into mainland Europe, as well as developing the use of its technology within new vertical sectors.
